Refund policy
Warranty
Our sunglasses are covered by a 12 month warranty on any manufacturing or material defects for 12 months from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover scratches or accidental damage to to normal wear or improper use or storage. Warranty does not cover bending of acetate frames during postage or through normal wear.
Shattered, fractured, or scratched lenses are not covered. Damage not associated with normal wear, such as pressure breaks, excessive heat, intentional bending, abuse or general misuse is also not covered. Damage, fault or wear and tear to product packaging, including the protective case, is not covered under this warranty.
Proof of purchase must be provided. All warranty claims must be sent to sales@sakayeoptical.com.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
